Baltimore’s Bottoms Up Bagels Pops Up in Columbus

March 17, 2023

Bottoms Up Bagels, a woman-owned, small batch bagel shop from Baltimore is on the road visiting a few different cities, and this weekend and next they’ve made Columbus their home! Find the BUB Bagel Roadshow at The Daily Bar in Italian Village (883 N. Fourth St.) Thursday-Sunday from March 16-19 and 23-26.

They’re featuring a variety of homemade bagels, spreads, and sandwiches.

Their bagels are hand-rolled and made fresh daily, in 13 varieties.

I tried the Loxxed Up with a gravlax-style lox, capers, and a green onion cream cheese.

And The Classic with bacon, egg, and cheese on a garlic bagel.

For opening weekend they’ve also been featuring a 14-hour smoked brisket.

Bottoms Up Bagels is popping up March 16-26. Their hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or until they sell out.
