Sweetgreen Expands with Historic Dublin Location

November 24, 2025

After a successful rollout of a Short North location last year, Los Angeles-based Sweetgreen opens its newest central Ohio shop in Historic Dublin this week!

The stand-alone building is tucked in a row of storefronts on North High Street, across the street from the Dublin library branch. Compared to the expansive Short North space, this single-room outpost feels a little more cozy.

Sweetgreen operates on the fast casual, build-your-own model of bowls and salads.

They have more than a dozen easy pre-set menu items, or you can customize your own meal.

We’ve described their menu is plant-forward, although not exclusively so, as you’ll find proteins like salmon, chicken, and steak.

But every meal is generally very wholesome, filling, and colorful.

The crispy rice bowl incorporates blackened chicken, crispy rice, wild rice, a lot of arugula, and a load of veggies, all covered with their spicy cashew sauce.

The hot honey chicken layers the same chicken with sweet potatoes, herbed quinoa, crispy onions, a veggie slaw, and their hot honey mustard sauce.

While the steak mezze features caramelized garlic steak, white rice, pickled onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, crispy onions, with a lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette and hummus.

There’s a row of tables plus a small patio if you’re planning to dine in, otherwise the meals package up very nicely to-go!

Sweetgreen Dublin soft opens on Tuesday, November 25, with a full grand opening celebration set for Tuesday, December 2.
