Cafe Stai Manso Trailer Debuts in the Warehouse District Downtown

March 5, 2026

I love a good coffee trailer (like my favorite Moonbird Coffee Co.!), so I was very excited when a new one opened a couple blocks from my work in the Warehouse District downtown.

Meet Cafe Stai Manso! Owners Jessie and Hailey renovated a horse trailer into an adorable mobile coffee business and have parked it regularly in the lot next to Ebb & Float. Just look for the big Warehouse District mural!

“Stai Manso” is drawn from the Italian loosely meaning “relax” or “chill.”

Their straightforward menu includes espresso, cappuccinos, Americanos, a mocha, cocoa, and a collection of signature and seasonal lattes.

They’ve also dedicated themselves to sourcing quality ingredients, including coffee from Jennings Java Coffee Roasters, milk from Snowville Creamery, syrups from Peasant House Provisions, and more. They offer a small collection of snacks like chocolates, macarons, chips.

On my first visit I tried their maple latte, which balanced out the rich espresso with the sweet maple syrup.

But it’s hard to resist one of their current seasonals, the Toasty Mallow.

I mean, what’s not to like about an iced latte with marshmallow fluff and a toasted marshmallow on top?

Cafe Stai Manso is open in the Warehouse District Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They’ve been popping up at other events and locations, too. Keep an eye on their Instagram feed for current hours!
