Three To Try: Romantic Brunches

February 10, 2017

Earlier this week I wrote a post for TourismOhio about romantic brunches, and that put me in the mood to write about opportunities to celebrate Valentine’s Day over a morning meal. Still making plans for the holiday? Try these three!

1. Lindey’s – Lindey’s embodies the old school brunch, where people think of white tableclothes and eggs benedict and making reservations for Mother’s Day. Well, it is all those things, and they’re still great at it. It’s hard to beat their menu, their decor, and once nicer weather hits – their back patio.

2. The Guild House – I highlighted Guild House in the TourismOhio post, but I just have to emphasize it again. The setting is quiet, elegant, and casual. The service has always been remarkable, and the weekend brunch menu covers all of your favorite tastes. Bonus: their weekday breakfast menu, while not as extensive, still offers their brunch highlights.

3. Due Amici – I think many people (myself included) think of Italian restaurants when you think of romantic settings. Due Amici is just that, and their weekend brunch offers a classy but fun experience. Nothing says “I love you” like a Bloody Mary and a breakfast pizza, right?
