Kevin Crowley, owner of The Lox Bagel Shop

February 1, 2020

Kevin Crowley’s handiwork in the Columbus culinary scene should be recognizable to anyone. Prior to opening The Lox Bagel Shop last year, he was a managing partner at Northstar Cafe. He took the expertise and resources from that gig and turned it into his latest venture, a side street shop in the Short North doing everything from scratch: cooking up hybrid NYC/Montreal-style bagels in a wood-fired oven, decadent pastrami and lox, rich cream cheeses. It’s no wonder the shop was a hit – on Instagram and in real life – the moment it opened.
