What’s not to love about a good breakfast sandwich? It takes everything great about breakfast – eggs, meat, cheese, potatoes, bread – then combines it into a convenient stack. We often make breakfast sandwiches at home; they’re compact, easy-to-make, adaptable to any tastes or preferences, and very filling.
I love a good breakfast sandwich when we’re out to breakfast, too! Bob Evans has long featured breakfast sandwiches on their menu, but new to their breakfast offerings is the Farmhand Biscuit Sandwich Platter.

The Farmhand Biscuit Sandwich Platter features a pair of breakfast sandwiches – one with sausage and one with bacon – layered with a fresh-cracked fried egg and American cheese on Bob Evans’ buttermilk biscuits.
As if that wasn’t enough, the sandwich duo is served with a choice of home fries, hash browns, or fruit (hash browns for me, without question!), and a small bowl of their house-made sausage gravy. Because the one thing that can make a breakfast sandwich better is a bowl of gravy for dipping, right?!

As you’d expect, the meal is very filling – it could even be great for sharing! I like that the sandwiches feature both sausage and bacon. And with those buttery biscuits, each sandwich makes for a delicious bite.

If two sandwiches feels like too much, you can always order their Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwich from the Sunrise Savers. Sunrise Savers is part of the American Values menu, which features inexpensive-but-no-less-filling options that cover all your favorites. The breakfast options are priced from $4.99 to $7.99. The Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwich features a single sandwich with your choice of meat and side. *ahem* hash browns *ahem*

There are plenty more options to supplement your breakfast sandwiches, like their always-refreshing Sweet Cream Cold Brew Coffee.

And who can resist a touch of sweet with their Buttermilk Hotcakes?

We already have a lot of favorites on Bob Evans’ breakfast menu, but the breakfast sandwiches may be my go-to order from now on!
