There’s always a lot happening in the Columbus restaurant world! Here’s the latest:
- A new central Ohio location of Victor’s Taco Shop is set to open at 2110 Morse Rd. today – Friday, Dec. 29. The taco chain currently has eight locations, many of them in the Dayton area, although two in central Ohio include Delaware and Powell.
- The Cheesecake Girl has opened a new location inside the OSU Wexner Medical Center. It joins shops at Center Street Market, Budd Dairy Food Hall, and a storefront in Dublin.
- Ray Ray’s Hog Pit announced that its truck at Flint Station, which opened in February of this year, will wrap up its run there after Sunday, Dec. 31.
- After taking its usual holiday break, the milkshake and sandwich counter at Krema Nut Company will re-open on Friday, Jan. 5.
- This weekend is your last chance to visit Tudie’s Cookies & Sweets in Clintonville before it closes. Their last day in business is Sunday, Dec. 31.
- This is also your last chance to visit Smokehouse Brewing. The Grandview brewery, open since 1998, will close after Tuesday, Jan. 2.
