Bite This By Annie Brings Bagel Bombs, Brownies, and Pub Grub to Clintonville

July 3, 2024

After regular sell-out runs at area farmers markets, Bite This By Annie is getting ready to debut its own storefront on Saturday, July 13! Owner Annie Dickson and her team are taking over the bakery at 3009 N. High St., which was the original home of Pattycake Bakery and most recently the site of Tudie’s Sweets & Cookies.

The shop has been given a complete makeover that perfect fits Annie’s goth/heavy metal branding. And while they finally have a brick and mortar location, they’re planning to still appear at area farmers markets.

Like its predecessors, the space is geared towards carryout.

You’ll find a full selection of Annie’s signature bagel bombs, brownies, cakes, cookies, Pub Grub, and other items.

Annie makes some killer brownies, like different versions of her Not F*cking Boxed Brownies.

Not to mention all of her cookies (or “Shrookies,” she calls them.)

One of her most popular items is her Pub Grub, which amounts to one of the best versions of Chex Mix you’ll ever have. It’s seriously addicting, and it comes in regular or a spicy Hellfire Club version made with Black Cap Hot Sauce. You’ll also find Pub Grub at shops, bar, and restaurants around town.

Another community favorite is her bagel bombs: giant bagels stuffed with different ingredients.

We’ve seen versions like Nashville hot chicken, Ray Ray’s brisket, tofu and pineapple BBQ, chicken tikka, summer squash, broccoli mac, you name it.

Congrats to Annie and her crew on opening their first storefront!
