There’s always a lot happening in the Columbus restaurant world! Here’s the latest news:

  • Columbus Monthly broke the news this week that 451 Spirits will close its Clintonville tasting room and distillery, but will live on through a partnership with Echo Spirits Distilling Co., which will create its products.
  • SOW Plated has opened its second grab-and-go location, called SOW To Go, at 30 Price Ave. in the Short North.
  • Ray Ray’s Hog Pit announced a new location coming soon to 49 1/2 S. Main St. in Johnstown, officially opening on Aug. 15. This site is the former home of Ghostwriter Public House, which closed in February.
  • The Happy Little Treats vegan bakery announced that they are extending their stay in their Short North storefront for another month, with a new final day landing on Aug. 24 before they move to a new location in Grandview.
  • Antonio’s Pizzeria in Westerville closed last week after two decades in business, citing “irreconcilable differences” with its landlord.
