North Market Bridge Park is about to celebrate its fifth anniversary! The northern extension of the long-time North Market Downtown opened in November 2020 as a centerpiece of Dublin’s Bridge Park development.
The long market hall is lined with vendors on both sides, with the Market Bar on one end and the Market Bar Vinoteca on the other.
The merchants represent a wonderful mix of cuisines, from seafood to baked goods to international fare. Here are a few highlights from our visits over the years!
Falafel Kitchen is a companion shop to Mazah Mediterranean Eatery in Grandview, and serves up a delightful mix of Mediterranean dishes.
I’m especially partial to their falafel pita!
Pablo’s Havana Cafe also brings a taste of Cuba to the market. They shifted to the market after closing their original storefront in Powell.
I love their menu of Cuban coffee, and It’s hard to beat their Cuban sandwich.
Don’t skip the plantains, either.
Hoyo’s Kitchen, which has become a mainstay of the downtown market, has also set up a stall at Bridge Park. They’re one of our favorite vendors; they let you build your own bowls using signature Somali preparations. I’m a fan of their safari chicken with a mix of spicy and Somali rices, then loads of veggies.
After bouncing around to different locations and as a food truck, Hai Poke has settled into the market with their poke bowls.
And Lan Viet, another long-time market staple, offers pho and rice dishes.
Just like Dos Hermanos, which operates a stall downtown, a brick-and-mortar, and a handful of trucks.
If you’re looking for something sweet, you’ll find gluten free goodies that appeal to everyone at Bake Me Happy.
They excel at all sorts of nostalgia treats.
The Market Bar offers cocktails, local beers, and wines.
It’s a fun place just to hang out or to pair a drink with your meal.
From our experience, there’s always plenty of seating, too!
North Market Bridge Park is open Sunday-Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Thursday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
