Three To Try: Brunch Burgers

October 7, 2016

Writing about brunch at Flip Side yesterday left burgers on my mind, which made this week’s Three To Try an easy choice: brunch burgers.

1. Ethyl & Tank – Ethyl features a breakfast burger that layers a fried egg with cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayo, and tomato. What really makes it work? A thin layer of chorizo that adds some extra oomph.

2. Kraft House No. 5 – Kraft House’s towering brunch burger mixes savory and sweet with bacon, egg, hash browns, white cheddar, and a maple aioli on a brioche bun.

3. Due Amici – Due Amici has a lovely weekend brunch (with a build-your-own Bloody Mary cart, FYI), and their breakfast burger sandwiches a fried egg, Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a garlic aioli between an English muffin.
