
There’s a lot happening in the Columbus restaurant world – here’s the latest!
- The big news is that Gov. DeWine announced that outdoor seating will open for bars and restaurants starting next week Friday, May 15. Indoor seating – with some restrictions still – will open on Thursday, May 21.
- Ray Ray’s Hog Pit announced they will be opening another truck – their fourth location overall – this one parked permanently at Nocterra Brewing in Powell
- While their Short North location will re-open next week, One Line Coffee announced that its shop in the Huntington Center downtown is closed permanently
- Uprising Meadworks announced that they have ceased operations
- MMELO Boutique Confections announced this week that they have closed their Vine Street cafe and pulled out of the Food Fort, but are reconfiguring into a different business model
- Columbus Alive reports that Cafe Elena has opened at 2054 Crown Plaza Dr. in northwest Columbus

- Zaftig Italian Village
- Ray Ray’s Hog Pit (Land-Grant Brewing truck)
- Newfangled Kitchen
- BrewDog Franklinton
- One Line Coffee announced it will open its Short North store on Friday, May 15
- Hot Chicken Takeover said they will share re-opening plans next week
